From the honourable Chief Minister of Meghalaya Shri Conrad Sangma. This award was shortlisted by the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council in appreciation for the dedicative efforts of Mr. War in recording, preserving and showcasing the rich culture and tradition of Meghalaya.
